1.) I have a Schwinn Le Tour III (3), and from my research its from the 70′s. so its pretty old. it has some surface rust, all original, stock parts. and i was wondering how much i could sell it for. Brakes work perfectly, brand new tires, brand new grip. Brand new break pads.
2.) I also wanted to ask; if i convert to fixie, would i be able to sell it for more?

You can check around on Ebay and Craig’s list to see what they are going for. I think you would be better off advertising it as a good candidate to make a fixie out of instead of converting it over yourself. Some people like to make their own conversions.

As I recall, my girlfriend back then had a Le Tour. It was nothing special then, and almost anything made today will be lighter and more sophisticated.
I can’t imagine anyone wanting to pay more than $100 for it regardless of what you do.
may have been made by panasonic, which is good
$100 most
i wouldn;t bother converting to anything
